- When registering by e-mail or web-based forms for any of our events.
- When you subscribe to newsletters from BCD Travel (e-mail address)
- When storing your traveler profile-information
The data is stored internally in BCD Travels system and used only for the events they are intended for and never travel further without the approval of the people concerned.

Persons who register their traveler profile is automatically offered BCD Travel monthly newsletter and Travel Alert-Dispatch (for example, strikes or other major events that could affect travel).
