What about the login function?
  • It leads you to Ticket Biz Travel Portal - a travel portal for you and your company. 
  • Once logged in to the travel portal, you automatically get access to the booking system Travel Online (for the companies that use this service), the ability to edit your profile details, important travel news, delivery notes etc..
How do I log in?
  • The user name is your email address
  • The password is the one you received from Ticket Biz
  • If you cant remember your password, you can simply order a new one by clicking "Forgot password?".
I try to log in but keep getting the message:
"Wrong username or password.”
  • Make sure you have entered the correct email address
  • Have you tried to order new password by clicking "Forgot Password?"
  • Contact helpdesk if the problems remains 
I have ordered a new password but get the message:
”Sorry, your password could not be reset. Make sure you have entered the correct email address.”
  • Are you a registered user?
  • Make sure you have entered the correct email address
  • Have you changed your email address since you signed up
  • Contact helpdesk if the problems remains

  • Have you checked your spam/junkmail?
    The sender is "noreply@ticketbiz.se".

How do I change my password?
  • Log in and click "Change password" in the right column
What are the password requirements?
  • The password must:

    - be at least 8 characters long (ÆØÅÅÄÖ is not allowed)
    - contain at least 1 numeric character
    - contain at least 1 special character; #$()*+,-./:;=>?@[]^_{|}~
    The following special characters are not allowed: % & <

How many login attempts do I have?
  • A maximum of five attempts are allowed, then you user account will automatically be locked. To unlock this you need to contact helpdesk.
I want to register as a user
  • Are you/your company Ticket Biz customer?

    YES
    Contact helpdesk to get help with registration.

    NO
    Only contract customers have access to login.

I have a direct link to our companys Travel Online. Can I continue to use it?
  • In order to simplify www.ticketbiz.se will be the only url to login to the self-booking

  • The website supports the most common web browsers such as Internet Explorer (version 7 and later), Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.
